My service advisor Michael was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he seemed to care about quality customer service. He even put me at ease about thinking I had an appointment at the Katy location when I had made an appointment at the wrong location. Overall he was very helpful even though it took almost all day to complete the services I needed ( I didn't realize I needed the 90,000 mile service) I'm glad your dealership offered Uber service so I wouldn't be stuck there waiting all day. I love Katy Toyota, if I'm ever in need of another vehicle I will definitely be getting it from this dealership.

Superb Customer Service! I had an exceptional experience working with Chris Avila. I was on the fence deciding between Tacoma TRD Sport vs OF; he allowed me to test drive both vehicles, answered all my questions patiently and even provided his technical and personal experience of leasing a TRD Sport.
