Tim is an excellent sales representative. He was patient and worked hard to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. He was very understanding. I had previously spoken to other sales reps at other dealerships, and they were aggressive in their dealings with me. Tim on the other hand, was kind and respectful. I recommend someone that is looking to buy or lease at Toyota of Katy to speak with Tim. The sales manager Chris was also very helpful! Overall great customer service.

Love the spacious waiting area which had plenty of tables to use my laptop while waiting. Service so far has been great; they didn't try to get money from me by stating that my car needed many critical services like some of the other dealerships. They only red flag the cabin and engine air filters which at 15k mileage, I was already aware of and I can do on my own.
