Ok aquí l explico mi experiencia yo compré una Toyota rav4 2024 hace tres meces el carro lo compré en la Toyota Fred Haas Toyota World se quemó la luz delantera y esa luz no se puede cambiar si no hay que cambiar el faro completo fui la Toyota Katy que vivo en Katy revisaron y después de 4 horas que espere me dijeron que hay que cambiar el faro pero no la tienen disponible la iban a ordenar el faro y me iban avisarme a los dos días me llamaron que pasara por la agencia y fui estuve 6 horas ahí luego me dijeron que tenía que ir donde compré el carro cuando todos sabemos que uno puede llevar el carro Toyota a cualquier agencia llame a mi agencia en 5 minutos ya ordenaron la parte y en dos días voy para que la. Ambien y me dijeron que dura 1 hora para cambiar ya me habían hablado mal de la Toyota Katy y ya aprendí son los peores te ofrecen café ships y con eso te engañan es todoOk here I explain my experience I bought a 2024 Toyota rav4 three months ago I bought the car at Toyota Fred Haas Toyota World my front light went out and that light can't be changed unless the entire headlight has to be changed I went to Toyota Katy where I live in Katy they checked and after waiting 4 hours they told me that the headlight has to be changed but they don't have it available they were going to order the headlight and they were going to let me know in two days they called me to go by the agency and I went I was there for 6 hours then they told me that I had to go to where I bought the car when we all know that one can take the Toyota car to any agency I called my agency in 5 minutes they already ordered the part and in two days I'll go get it. Ambien and they told me that it takes 1 hour to change they had already spoken badly to me about Toyota Katy and I already learned they are the worst they offer you shipping coffee and with that they deceive you that's all

Vine para un simple cambio de aceite y, para mi sorpresa, después de más de tres horas de espera, me doy cuenta de que ni siquiera colocaron correctamente mi información personal en el sistema. La falta de organización y eficiencia es inaceptable.No deberían hacer que los clientes pierdan tanto tiempo por un procedimiento tan básico. Definitivamente necesitan personal más capacitado y procesos más efectivos. No recomendaría este lugar si valoras tu tiempo.

I want to share my disappointing experience with Toyota Katy to help others be mindful of their time and avoid unnecessary frustration. After spending five hours—including phone calls, traffic, and time at the dealership—I left with nothing but mental exhaustion.They initially quoted me a price over the phone, but things took a turn once I arrived. After a test drive and showing interest in a vehicle, they suddenly presented a completely different price. They dismissed the discrepancy as a “confusion” between me and the salesperson I spoke with. Even after involving a manager, the price they offered was unreasonable and far from what was originally discussed.This bait-and-switch approach is frustrating and disrespectful to customers’ time and trust. If you’re considering visiting Toyota Katy, be cautious of these tactics and ensure every detail is in writing before making the trip.

I have been visiting this dealership for regular car servicing for years and I am disappointed with the latest experience. The website interface is difficult to use, requesting customers choose between technical servicing options. I scheduled an appointment and arrived at the designated time. The drop off area was overflowing with vehicles. I was not alerted to the fact that they were overloaded and behind schedule in advance of my appointment with an option to push back or delay my appointment. I joined the queue to check-in and the service representative started asking me if I wanted the service options presented to me during my previous visit, except none were given at that time. I went and sat in the waiting area. A girl with a cart of snacks and drinks walked by every so often. Even though I had an appointment, my car wasn't looked at until over 2 hours later. Unlike Discount Tire, there is no status tracker to follow along with estimated timing for your servicing. In addition to the standard servicing, I was told one of my tires was flat, which is odd because it was not flat when I dropped off my car. The representative said they could patch it so I said sure. When my car was finished, I got a call telling me my car was ready to be collected, but no one approached me to talk through the work that was completed. I paid and walked out to the vehicle collection area. When I got my car, I discovered the flat tire indicator was on. I assumed it just hadn't triggered as fixed yet and left (but took a picture first). The indicator was still on as I was driving home so I stopped in a parking lot and used my portable compressor to check my tire pressures. Three of them were overinflated by between 1.5 and 2.5psi and the last one was underinflated by 9.5psi. I'm still in disbelief that the service center returned my car to me in such a state and it's now making me wonder if the rest of the servicing was executed properly. It was too late to call that evening so I waited until the next day to call to provide service feedback to a manager. When I called, I was told the managers were busy, but I could leave a message and one of them would follow up with me when they freed up. I said that was fine. I was going to provide verbal feedback in lieu of a bad online review, but it's three days later and the management never returned my call.

Very dishonest business tactics and straight up liars. I saw the listing for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, online. The website said in BOLD, "THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY, NO HIDDEN FEES." So when I showed up to the dealership, of course they slapped on a bunch of fees. I'm not talking about registration, taxes and title fees. They had a $1600 Car Rx fee, which they were claiming that is an additional "feature" they add to all of their vehicles where you could track your car with an app. And of course you cannot opt out of the "feature". My first thought, was why isn't this part of the sticker price? So after confronting them about it, they said they'd reduce the price to $600 and that was the best they could do. I kept objecting to the charge referring to the promise on their website. I walked out multiple times refusing to pay the fee, and after a few days the sticker price dropped to something I was comfortable paying. Unfortunately they still charged the $600 Car Rx fee. So I went in a third time to make the deal.On top of that, the front facing camera used for lane assist and adaptive cruise control was malfunctioning. They promised to fix it for me before I picked up the truck. So the day I came to pick up the vehicle, the camera malfunction was gone and they told me they replaced the camera with a brand new unit. So I signed my papers and drove off. Days after my purchase, the camera started malfunctioning again. The malfunction codes didn't appear again until I decided to use the lane assist feature. At this point I was already in a different state because I was in the middle of moving. Not having time to drive back to Katy, TX, I took the truck to the closest Toyota Dealership near me and told them about the malfunction. The techs there diagnosed the problem and told me the camera was never replaced and the malfunction codes were reset. So yea, they lied about replacing the Camera. Thanks, yall. Like I said, very dishonest business establishment.

Tim is an excellent sales representative. He was patient and worked hard to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. He was very understanding. I had previously spoken to other sales reps at other dealerships, and they were aggressive in their dealings with me. Tim on the other hand, was kind and respectful. I come all the time for my oil change. Older Spanish lady at the desk told me I had to pay for my oil change after waiting 3 and a half hours I was frustrated I have a plan where I don’t pay for it ever. and went back to my service agent and the lady said “he’s rude” I’m a girl which was highly offensive also I wasn’t being rude I had spent along time there to have to walk around and figure out my own problem because she just said “you have to pay” weird experience here today hope they do better in the future or I will just take my business elsewhere. If I knew her name I would blast it. Didn’t see a name tag.

Love the spacious waiting area which had plenty of tables to use my laptop while waiting. Service so far has been great; they didn't try to get money from me by stating that my car needed many critical services like some of the other dealerships. They only red flag the cabin and engine air filters which at 15k mileage, I was already aware of and I can do on my own.

Quise reparar mi vehiculo directo con el concessionario para garantizar la calidad sin embargo la reparacion del vehiculo tomo mas tiempo del indicado, alegando que las piezas no llegaban y que podia llevarme el vehiculo y regresar luego (como que si el tiempo no importara), esruve mas de 40 dias sin vehiculos y dos semanas sin poder movilizarme, adicional entregaron el vehiculo sucio tanto por dentro como por fuera.. solo querian entregar el carro para cobrar el deducible y cerrar la cuenta con el seguro!The repair of the vehicle took longer than indicated, additionally they delivered the vehicle dirty both inside and out. They only wanted to deliver the car to collect the deductible and close the account with the insurance company.

This dealership seems to do the absolute least for their customers knowing the Toyota brand is strong enough to carry them. I understand Rav4's sell themselves, but the salesman was not aware of differences between trim models or able to answer most questions. The car was delivered to me missing accessories, also never has a dealership not filled a gas tank prior to handing over keys. It is unacceptable to require I purchase the dealer add-on CarRx - to the point I was told the dealership would rather not sell me the vehicle if I did not agree to the "lowest they could go of $600". This was probably the worst car purchase/dealership experience I ever have had - and the ONLY reason I tolerated this was because of Don Mcgills lifetime service..that they tell me was no longer offered during the paperwork signing. I've also had 2 service issues in less than 30 days of ownership, making me weary of pre-owned inspections.

Made an appointment for 10 am , arrived at said time , my vehicle sat in the line for over an hour, why make an appointment, then it entered the building to only be seen again 5 hours later. Then I received 2 texts from the inside sales staff informing me they wanted to sell me a new vehicle, mind you I was just here for routine service and new brakes, no big deal. Then the car was done , after removing tools and trash from the front floor, I drove it out to find it jerked and sputtered and would not accelerate and was blowing white smoke out of the rear, had to return to get the thing fixed after 6 hours of waiting. I paid 900 plus dollars for this wonderful service. Does anyone think I should return to this insane place for more of the same in the future ? Then today I received another text from an inside salesperson wanting to sell me another new car, this place has BIG problems and Mr, Hartman needs to address or be fired! I will never return under any circumstances, this place is persona non grata forever! Bad news and abusive ! This place has lost its Mojo! Too bad they can’t be sued for very poor service and overly aggressive sales behavior.
