This is the second car we bought in this store. RAVA4 is a very reliable and good car. The first car was bought by CHEN, a very handsome guy, but he resigned. The second car was bought by ADAM through CHEN. I have to say that ADAM is very professional and dedicated, a very good person, and trustworthy. He always considers problems from the customer's perspective and helps you solve them. He is very young, elegant and patient. The most important thing is that ADAM can help you save a lot of money. Finally, there is the loan manager RUBEL. He helped us a lot when buying two cars. Congratulations on his promotion. I wish the above enthusiastic people happy every day.

Great service and willing to fairly negotiate on pricing. They also ceramic tinted their cars and have lifetime coverage on the power train system!

John was extremely patient, open, professional, and helpful in getting me my new car. It was a 6 month process. It was worth it. I never felt he forgot about me. He checked in regularly and provided very honest updates. I never felt I was being pressured and if I did decide to go another direction I believe he would have been very supportive.

Go see Brandon Hawkins! He is a deal maker and straight shooter. Doesn't beat around the bush. And is honest. That is a rare attribute for a car salesman. If you are very particular about dealing with corny slimey salesmen then go see Brandon. He is great to work with, responsive and hard working. I would give 5 stars but the dealership couldn't match his capabilities at times. I would follow Brandon to another dealer if needed. He's that good!

This dealership has given me the best experience in buying a vehicle. The way we were treated by Gabriel Bedoya, our sales person, was very welcoming and accommodating. The finance department was also perfect in explaining every detail. The insurance department was also very helpful. I have zero complaints and can only commend who ever is doing the hiring at this dealership. Great job.
