From Don McGill Toyota’s amazing service department in Katy, Texas, I have received 18 years of excellent customer service. They must have a formula for hiring extraordinary people. I just had some major repair done on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Wow. The engine is so quiet now. It feels like a new truck. During this service, I had a chance to deal with many of the areas in the service department. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, personable, and informative. I am guessing that Steve Deatherage’s Management style encourages this excellent customer service. Most often excellence starts from the top down. Thank you, Steve. So many to thank… Assistant Service Manager K Sea Picott who saw the job through from start to finish… Zee & Seth from Rentals… Maria Matthews from Parts… Eileen, often the helpful voice of the service department… Steven & Alfred in cashiers area… and Refugio Teran, Assistant Manager who took care of my questions/concerns even after the job was all done and paid for. Every aspect of the service I received deserves five stars. And last, but not least, the unseen folks who did the actual work on my truck. I’ve not met you in person, but I owe you many thanks for taking such great care of my truck. You are appreciated.

My husband recently received service from Paul Ndoungou and he did an amazing job on my car! Of the six years I’ve been coming here, we’ve never experienced such incredible customer service! Paul is a true gem and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s promoted to the corporate level he’s just that good! I love someone who treats each customer like family and Paul did just that! I can’t give him praises enough! It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were slammed but he still took the time to service the vehicle and wash it! WOW! 10/10 I will never go anywhere else!
