I was happy and satisfied buying car here. Junior helped us with all we need with help from his Manager Francisco. We came on Saturday, we knew and already expected that the car we want (2025 sienna platinum AWD color white or black) will take a while to get. On Monday (2 days after) they called me and said that the car that I want is available. We were surprised and came to get the car (black color). The process was easy and fast. Junior and the financing manager Shelly helped us. We went to 4 different toyota dealers, Toyota Of Katy (Junior) who really got the car we wanted. Thank you so much.

He made sure we were well taken care of, explained financing options thoroughly, and made it his priority that we were completely satisfied with our choices. I want to extend my highest praise to Kristen for her exceptional service today. She is one of the best service advisors at Toyota of Katy.She promptly addressed my concerns and ensured my vehicle was well taken care of. Unfortunately, my wheel lock key was damaged, requiring a trip to Discount Tire Co. for a replacement. Thankfully, I didn’t have to pay for it, though Kristen kindly offered to reimburse me for the broken key. They usually only sell the wheel lock key as a set, so this can be quite expensive for the customer!I would recommend reminding any service manager to remind the technician to take care when utilizing wheel lock keys as they can be easily damaged.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with Kristen’s outstanding customer service and will continue to bring my vehicle to Toyota Katy for maintenance.If Kristen is not available, I highly recommend Jessica or Will as service advisors!
