Came in with my Toyota Corolla for a quick maintenance check and I went to the wrong location! But thank God Carter from Toyota helped me get a quick appointment! He was very kind, detailed and explained everything! Furthermore, my car was shaking- I had an accident back in October and since then, my car had a weird shake- I took it to several Toyotas and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Anyway, Carter recommended I do the 30,000 K dealer plus service- I felt hesitant because 1.it was a hefty price and 2. I’m from nyc- never owned a car before so I was wondering if it was even worth it as I don’t speak car language lol- anyway I’m not sure what the mechanics did but my car no longer shakes! So thank you to the incognito mechanics who worked on my car too!- you deserve shine and a raise! May God bless this Toyota and everyone who worked on my car! Thank you so much! 🤗💕
